An orienteering map of Cape Conran Coastal Park, in south-eastern Victoria. It’s a relatively small area, with some thick coastal scrub. However, there’s a campground and a beautiful beach, so stay a few days and wander around or plan some fun activities with this map.
The scale is 1:10,000 but the detail of the camp area is easier to resolve at 1:7,500 (you can adjust the scale in a graphics package like Inkscape). Note that the map aligns to magnetic north.
Orienteering is an inherently risky activity. By using this map, you acknowledge the risk and assume all liability.
The map was made in 2009. There is no guarantee it is correct today, due to the possibility of mistakes in fieldwork or cartography or changes to the environs since 2009.
This map is not endorsed by Parks Victoria.
The Bidawal, Gunaikurnai and Nindi-Ngudjam Ngarigu Monero identify the Cape Conran Coastal Park as their Traditional Country.
